Notes on Use=> Mate Absolute is a dark green solid. It is a difficult material to dissolve, requiring heating and will throw out of products containing high terpene content essential oils (e.g, Orange, Pine etc), fixed carrier oils or cosmetic oils (eg. IPM, Mineral Oil, Cyclomethicone). It usually needs to be incorporated lower than 5% in a compound of low terpene essential oils and/or aroma chemicals.
Solvents that seem to work best are Ethanol (99.80%), DPG, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Alcohol.
