Odour

The odour and uses of Okoumal
dry amber woody powdery musk: Woody, Ambery, Tobacco, Musky Use: Okoumal gives significant volume, richness and warmth to fragrance compositions at a reasonable dosage. As little as 0.5 - 1pc adds an attractive, woody-ambery effect. Okoumal combines well with cedar derivatives, patchouli oil and sandalwood products (eg. Ebanol). With its low vapour pressure and high MW, Okoumal is a body note and is extremely long lasting (more than 1 month) and substantive on every support. Okoumal is very stable in major applications. Woody, Ambery, Tobacco, Musky amber cedar musk patchouli sandalwood tobacco woody not found in nature :

Important Notes:

End application data applies to experiments carried out by the authors or extrapolated from those experiments using computer algorithms. As application product formulations vary widely this information is only a general guide.

Full testing by both perfumers- flavorists and end users is the only proven method to ensuring a perfume or flavours safety- strength- suitability- stability and success.

Legislation and regulations vary widely and change with time so it is your duty to check this.
