Odour
The odour and uses of Benzophenone
Odour=>Benzophene has a faint and fresh characteristic with touches of fruits and florals. It has a very faint, powdery-rosy geranium-like odor with a slightly metallic note. Other descriptors: vinyl faint powdery-rosy. On skin by itself, Benzophene will become woodier on the dry down, like a mellow wood that has been lacquered (however, not in an unpleasant way). After a few hours, the wood aroma dissipates, making the rose the prominent feature.

Important Notes:
End application data applies to experiments carried out by the authors or extrapolated from those experiments using computer algorithms. As application product formulations vary widely this information is only a general guide.
Full testing by both perfumers- flavorists and end users is the only proven method to ensuring a perfume or flavours safety- strength- suitability- stability and success.
Legislation and regulations vary widely and change with time so it is your duty to check this.
