Apricot Oil - Fixed Oil

Apricot Oil is a bland oily carrier oil. It has slippery texture with slow absorption into the skin. Ideal for mixing with other carrier oils (5-10%) to increase slip to aid prolonged massage without becoming too sticky. Not really recommended as a solvent in perfumery compounds due to poor solubility of resins, citrus oils (terpenes), powders and crystals plus will tend to produce rancid notes over time.
