Be very careful as there are many qualities of materials for Industrial- Technical- Perfumery- Flavour or Pharmaceutical use and you must check with the manufacturer if this is really a Flavour grade or Food grade material.
Even though they may be Food or Flavour grade they may still be toxic in their concentrated form so be sure to check the appropriate concentration before use. Usually concentration in the final product will be expressed in ppm(Parts per million = 0.0001% or about 1 drop in 100 litres)
